Hi I am your cook and author Heather Fletcher. I live in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, Australia, where I get to indulge my passion for great organic whole food and local produce. I first embarked on a vegan diet for my health, and instantly became interested in all things culinary for the first time.
In 2012, while living in New York, I undertook a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition at Cornell University and became a strong supporter of the work of T. Colin Campbell, Dr John McDougall MD, Joel Fuhrman MD among others.
